Online School Assessment Survey (OSAS)
The 2009-10 online survey is now available for all schools to use. Each school must be affiliated with the Health Provider Network (HPN) in order to access the survey. Please see the OSAS Quick Guide linked below for instructions on how to access and complete the survey.
